Fitness/Food Friday
I have to admit I have not been doing so well in the fitness department lately. All the Fitness Friday posts kind of keep me in line somewhat but the food is the issue.
I was talking to some friends and we were discussing different way to exercise around the house because they do not have a wii or any exercise equipment. One of them said that instead of weights they use can veggies. I thought that was a great idea and might try that one myself. The cans in my cabinet are all different sizes just have to find one that is right for me.
Another suggested if you have a basement then walk up and down the steps being careful not to fall down them, I did to some music for the cardio aspect. I thought that was another GREAT idea (I have a basement.)
I am having some issues with my wii lately so I haven’t been using it much. For some reason when I use EA Sports Active I cannot find my Wii Fit stuff. So, I will have to figure that one out soon, I believe what I am going through is called WITHDRAWS lol .
If anyone has any ideas about working out and being fit without having to go buy things and that are household items let me know so I can pass the information along? I am working on maybe getting a group of friends together but none of them have the extra money to buy a Wii or gym membership. In the meantime I will be doing some research on that one myself. It’s good to change things up a bit.
Are you ready for some Food today? Surely you will be eating something right, is it the right thing or wrong? First of all, all of us women go through that HORRIBLE time at least once a month what is your craving?
My craving is Chocolate; ok I crave that all the time but it is sooo much worse. I have been trying Fiber One bars ya’know the one with the chocolate chips in them. OH, they are so good. Unfortunetly, kind of expensive for five in a box ummm yeah I got coupons I found online and printed them out. Sometimes, I will put them in the microwave and nuke them for about 15 sec and they are really ooey-gooey and delish MUST TAKE OUT OF WRAPPER IT WILL NOT BE A GOOD THING IF YOU DON’T.
My other craving is soda “Dr. Pepper” to be exact. I was told that I should try diet and it tastes pretty good. Not sure I could do it all the time but it is probably just what you get used to.
